The industry standard is to use Lecithin derived from soy to make the protein powder more dispersible and easier to mix. As mentioned already this is the industry standard and 90% if not 100% of all other New Zealand made Whey Proteins use this method when producing instantised Whey Protein Concentrate.
We have been working hard to bring this to the market with similar taste and mouthfeel characteristics to Lecithin based products and are proud to be offering a product that is GMO, Gluten and Soy free with industry leading protein and BCAA content.

Our new 2lbs range launching in September will reflect this on the packaging, but rest assured our current 5lb offering is also already 100% Soy free.
