Directions

  • Combine the protein powder, flour, and baking soda in a bowl and whisk together.
  • Add the egg and mix it into the dry ingredients.
  • Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time until it has a batter-like consistency.
  • Grease your waffle iron and cook your waffle for about 5 minutes.
  • Optional: Add toppings to make your waffle extra delicious eg. blueberries, peanut butter, dark chocolate, etc.

#SpoonTip: You can make a bunch of these waffles ahead of time and freeze them to enjoy later.
